Refund policy

 

AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. ALL PURCHASES MADE ARE FINAL SALE. If there is a concerns or mistake please reach out by emailing us at info@bybellajewelry.com within 3 business days of you receiving your items so we can resolve any issues. We love our customers and want to provide you with excellent service and products and our hope is we can meet your expectations. 

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, things happen and packages may be misplaced, lost, or stolen. We are not responsible for any of these circumstances once dropped off at the post office. Please contact the carrier if you have concerns.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If an item arrives broken/damaged you have 7 days to return the item after delivery date for replacement or exchange. Please contact me for return with in 3 business days upon receiving your items. To be eligible for return, Item must be in original packaging, must not be used and must be in the same condition that you receive it. Proof of purchase is required. Restrictions apply. Items will be inspected upon arrival for approval.

For returned items, a pre paid return label will be sent via email for you to be able to drop items off at any USPS location. 

WRONG ITEM

OH NO!! If you receive a wrong item or size, please contact me to make it right!

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
